dbdemo - llm-rag model serving not working

I am following the demo but keep getting an issue with serving the model endpoint in all notebooks. When looking at the service logs I am getting the following:

mlflow.exceptions.MlflowException: Failed to run user code from /model/model.py. Error: Response content b'{"error_code":"PERMISSION_DENIED","message":"User does not have permission 'View' on Endpoint gte-large-en","details":[{"@type":"type.googleapis.com/google.rpc.RequestInfo","request_id":"428ce5e0-e679-9122-a53d-9f7a94676212","serving_data":""}]}', status_code 403. Review the stack trace for more information.

hey @IRISDavidD , Can you check which endpoint you have available in your model serving page? Maybe your administrator disabled it, or it's not in your region?
