…audit - BACKLOG "⚠ open" block: Velopack is no longer "never exercised" — v0.2.1 ran the job (full), v0.2.2 shipped the first delta (1.28 MB vs 50 MB) and an installed client self-updated end-to-end; only the live in-app apply stays manual-only. Header reframed to "after v0.2.2". macOS gap kept. - BACKLOG M7.5 phase table: ViewTogglePlacement/ShowRail were deleted in the code-health audit (7c4ac11), not "omitted until chrome exists". - BACKLOG: record the 2026-06-20 code-health audit (#1 dead config · #2 fence primitive + latent-bug fix · #4 small dedups · #3 MacroController extraction). - CLAUDE.md M16 tail: M17 macros are DONE (not "planned"); macro wiring now lives in Features/Macros/MacroController; reinterpret-as-encoding + keyboard column-select corrected out of the deferred list.
