Fix cppcheck style findings, apply formatting cleanup - #437

- zero-init ChunkedResponse buffer
- initialize commands temp path once per config, no dead store
- suppress unusedPrivateFunction for handleTap (used via registerUri)
- drop dead symbol self-assignments in bridge state machine
- rename logWifiSlice local to stop shadowing ssid()
- formatting-only cleanup (line wraps, include order)
