This is a first draft of adding TRX support to COMMIT. I opted to use and require the trx cpp package, which required changing the installation system to use scikit build and cmake. This is so that we do not have to reimplement things like handling the different offset data types/index data types/compression methods / etc. that trx supports. I have tested this locally, and it seems to work, but more testing is needed.
