Richtext box for long answers

Describe the proposal

In training runs instead of one long answer box with 1023 character limit there would aslo be added an option richtextbox with a bigger limit/change the short answer box.

What is the benefit of the proposed feature?

This feature would be good for participants of a training to show more reflection and give longer answers.

Alternative solutions for the proposal

Link to external google forms or similar to collect longer answers.

We could theoretically use the same rich text editing form as when creating level content (see the added illustration).

It's certainly a good idea to use a textbox instead of a single line input. However, the rich text editing needs to be further discussed, as it can have implications on the database and the results evaluation.
