OpenStack Compatibility Matrix Update

The current documentation in docs/installation-guide/openstack-requirements.md mentions that CRCZP is tested with OpenStack releases from Train to Yoga.

However, based on recent activity in the devops-crczp-lite repository, I observed that testing has been extended to Ubuntu 24.04 using Python 3.12+, targeting the OpenStack >=2025.1 releases.

Inquiry & Confirmation

I would like to request official confirmation on the following to ensure the documentation remains accurate:

1. Epoxy (2025.1) Support: Is OpenStack Epoxy now considered the officially supported/recommended version for deployments?
2. Flamingo (2025.2) Compatibility: Are there any known blockers or stability concerns regarding the upcoming Flamingo release? I am specifically interested to know if there are any anticipated known issues with dependencies or breaking changes that might affect CRCZP.

Update on Testing

I would like to share that I have successfully performed deployment and basic functionality tests on the following environments:

• OpenStack Flamingo (2025.2)
• RHEL 10.1

The platform appears stable with no immediate blockers in these versions. However, there are imminent deprecation issues, such as the transition from (*)python-neutronclient/novaclient/etc.. to OpenstackSDK, and independently of the platform but in relating to the used setuptools version (*) the replacement of pkg_resources with importlib.metadata. The last is already finalized in setuptools v82+, and newer versions of OpenStack (Flamingo and beyond) are built upon this new standard.
