Cargo never deletes what it built for older versions of the source, so
target/reached 159 GB.scripts/dev-install.shnow clears it when it passes 40 GB; the build that follows takes a few minutes longer once.scripts/release.shsaid it swept the build cache afterwards and did not; the comment now says where that happens, and--helpno longer prints a line of code after the text.Tested: cleared the cache by hand and ran dev-install.sh from empty.
