Two follow-ups to #337.

  • The switch that keeps later servers off for a client was the last row of
the client's Servers list. The owner read it as a setting sitting among
servers, so it is now its own Settings section, labelled "Turn On New
Servers", with one line under it saying what off does.
  • A script's client key held the script path as it was typed, so two scripts
started as python3 main.py from different folders were one client and
shared a name, blocks, and allow list. A path typed without its folder is
now completed from the folder the script was started in (read with
lsof); a -m module and an absolute path are left as they are. Saved
keys in use are absolute already, so nothing is orphaned.

Tried on the installed build: a script started as python3 key.py shows
with its whole path as the key, and the Settings section shows on a client's
page.
