  • Release workflow: new arch-package job builds packaging/aur/PKGBUILD in an Arch container against the pushed tag and attaches c64uv-<ver>-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst to the release.
  • Manual run takes an optional tag input to build and attach the package for an existing release (used to add it to v0.2.8).
  • PKGBUILD: options=('!debug') so no separate debug package is produced.
  • README: version-free pacman -U install instructions, makepkg -si as the fallback.
  • CLAUDE.md: packaging note covers the new job.

New arch-package job builds packaging/aur/PKGBUILD in an Arch container,
pointed at the pushed tag, and uploads the .pkg.tar.zst to the release.
README documents installing it with pacman -U.

workflow_dispatch takes an optional tag input that only runs the Arch
job against that tag and uploads the package to its release. README
points pacman -U at the v0.2.8 package.
