feat(projects): add missing jenkins, teams, telegram integration fields #449

What problem are you facing?
GitLab returns settings for these project integrations that the provider can't manage yet, because client-go v3.18.0 doesn't expose them in the set options:
IntegrationJenkins,IntegrationMicrosoftTeams,IntegrationTelegram(added in feat(projects): add jenkins, microsoft teams, telegram integrations #435):notify_only_when_pipeline_status_changes.IntegrationTelegram:hostnameandthread.
client-go already has notify_only_when_pipeline_status_changes for Google Chat and group Slack, so the field exists upstream, just not on these services.
How could Crossplane help solve your problem?
Once client-go adds the fields (upstream change in gitlab-org/api/client-go), add them to the three kinds' parameters, observation, up-to-date check and tests.
