Troubleshooting

I try my best to support a broad range of Kanboard Versions, but there are a lot. In the event that you detect an issue, please report it on the issue tracker.

Its possible it is a previous issue that has already been solved, so quickly browse for any related issues that may have already been closed.

The main issues that could arise will be:

• Folder permission issues
  • plugins folder data folder must have read/write access
• Database issues
  • Mostly seen with custom Postgress Installs
• Conflicting plugin
  • There are many plugins out there, if one is overriding a template or controller that Customizer is overriding, that will cause an issue.
  • Report the conflict, since I don't own every plugins repo, it may not be solvable.
• Incorrect DATA_DIR constant in your config.php for Kanboard
