CI labels and npm commands currently obscure their scope: the BFF's
lintcommand runs TypeScript checking, client quality checks also lint server and E2E code, and client builds repeat generation and compilation. This cleanup names workflows and commands for their actual purpose and standardizes single-run versus watch tests across both packages.quality-checks.yml,client-build.yml, andbff-checks.yml, with clear job and step names.api:generate,tls:certs, and explicittypecheckcommands; update documentation and callers..nvmrcfor BFF CI; run client builds on pushes tomainas well.Validation: client production build, ESLint, Prettier, workflow YAML and npm script reference validation, and shell syntax checks passed. Client tests: 3,792 passed, 1 skipped, with all coverage thresholds met. BFF tests: 287 passed. Targeted Playwright OAuth tests: 3 passed with HTML report generation confirmed. Docker/TLS stacks and hosted GitHub Actions were not run locally.
