Add DeepCode (deepcode.vegamo.cn) as an install target. Writes the codegraph MCP server entry into ~/.deepcode/settings.json following DeepCode's mcpServers config format. DeepCode has a single user-level config file — global and local both target the same ~/.deepcode/settings.json, matching the documented behaviour at https://deepcode.vegamo.cn/docs/configuration/mcp.
