Add Amika standup summary scenario

Summary

• Add a standalone Amika-backed Locality standup scenario for Linear, Slack, Notion, and recent git evidence.
• Add the remote runner, repository-root wrapper, prompt contract, and fake Amika/Locality/Codex test coverage.
• Document usage, outputs, connection disambiguation, hardened git checks, redacted Codex event logs, and wire the focused test into Makefile.

Test Plan

• tests/amika_standup_summary.sh
• make test-amika-standup-summary
• bash -n experiment/standup-summary/run-amika-standup-summary.sh scripts/run-amika-standup-summary.sh tests/amika_standup_summary.sh
• git diff --check HEAD
• make test-launch-readiness-wrappers (fails before this branch's new test in pre-existing tests/init_amika_locality_snapshot.sh: TERM-interrupted public script credential read expected 143, got 127)

Notes

• Live Amika/Notion end-to-end behavior was not run in this change because no sandbox machine id was provided.
