I want to see funding needs of small businesses by sectors, stage and states
So that I can design requisite funding stimulus

Check for done:

• Can identify which areas received more/less funding
• Create funding summary from previous round

Tasks:

• Extract/ Pivot State-wise SME information from base excel sheet into csv file for first visualization containing :- State + SMEs (by # and Revenue) + Financing Data / Stimulus
• State-wise Stimulus Amount (totals) split by category of expenditure
