Desktop icon is missing on Ubuntu KDE

On Ubuntu KDE:

Desktop Icon: missing
TaskBar Icon: shown as X11's icon
TitleBar Icon: shown as X11's icon
System Tray Icon: correct, but double-click will not pop the window, only right-click&select-open works
