docs: note settings.json hook/MCP cleanup in ck uninstall - #175

ck uninstall now removes the hook and MCP registrations it added to settings.json and clears its .ck.json tracking. Document the new step in the 'What It Does' list (EN + VI) and the user/shared-entry preservation rule. Also fixes a duplicate list-number in the EN page. Pairs with claudekit-cli#899.
