I'm a Principal Engineer @finanzcheck. I care about building software that is easy to understand, safe to change, and straightforward to debug. I'm happiest when code stays explicit, names are precise, and complexity has to earn its place.
Most of my work sits at the intersection of backend systems, platform concerns, and product delivery. I work on architecture, technical direction, and helping teams make decisions explicit.
I'm currently especially interested in agentic developer workflows, practical AI adoption, and repo ergonomics. I care a lot about observability, incident learnings, and security-minded system design, and I enjoy mentoring and pressure-testing designs with other engineers.
