Install / Bootstrap

1. install bash from homebrew
2. Follow steps in https://www.shell-tips.com/mac/upgrade-bash/
3. run ./bootstrap
4. install tmux
5. install fzf
6. run $(brew --prefix)/opt/fzf/install
7. install tmux
8. install git@github.com:erikw/tmux-powerline.git in ~/.tmux/
