AGENTS.md 此前只有仓库工程契约，没有统一的写作与编码行为标准，各会话的输出风格依赖模型默认行为。本次通过 setup-ouyangjiahong-skills 技能的标准同步脚本，把写作要求与编码准则两节注入 AGENTS.md 末尾，两节内容与技能的 references/standards.md 逐字一致，后续标准更新仍以该源文件为准。同时把 H1 标题从 Repository Guidelines 改为 AGENTS.md，与文件名和同步脚本的完成条件一致。原有章节全部保留，新注入内容已通过 scripts/check_doc_quotes.py 引号门禁。

为什么这样做：通过 setup-ouyangjiahong-skills 技能的标准同步脚本注入，而不是手工编辑 AGENTS.md。标准的唯一来源是技能内的 references/standards.md，脚本负责节切分、写入、行尾归一化和逐字一致性验证，后续标准更新只改源文件再跑同步，避免目标文件与源文件漂移。手工维护两节是被否决的做法，因为无法机器验证一致性。
做了什么：向 AGENTS.md 末尾追加“写作要求”与“编码准则”两节，内容与 references/standards.md 逐字一致；同时把 H1 标题从 Repository Guidelines 改为 AGENTS.md，与文件名和同步脚本的完成条件对齐。原有全部章节保留，未改动任何工程契约内容。
如何验证：同步脚本退出码 0，其内置验证确认两节与源文件逐字一致、首行为 # AGENTS.md、全文件 LF 行尾、原有章节保留；仓库引号门禁 scripts/check_doc_quotes.py 通过（直角引号无残留）。改动不涉及代码路径，未运行 Python 或 Rust 测试。
协作者从哪里继续读：新增两节在 AGENTS.md 末尾。要调整标准正文时，修改技能的 references/standards.md 后重新运行同步脚本，不要直接改 AGENTS.md 里的同步章节；从标准中删除的节需要手动从目标文件移除。
