Bump glob to ^11.1.0 to resolve CVE-2025-64756 - #162

The @ngx-env/builder package declared `glob: ^10.4.5`, a range that permits versions affected by CVE-2025-64756 (command injection in the glob -c/--cmd CLI). The builder only uses the glob library API (glob.sync), so it was not exploitable, but the declaration still flagged in security scanners. Upgrade to `^11.1.0`, which is patched. glob.sync remains available in v11, so no source changes were needed. Build and tests pass.
