docs: mark the behaviors that are new in 2.30.0 with their version

Five places in the docs describe behavior that is new in 2.30.0 without saying so. Readers still on 2.29.0 would follow them and get something else. This adds the "QuickAdd 2.30.0 or later" note the other pages use.

• CLI → quickadd:list: the writes object is new in 2.30.0.
• CLI → Let an AI agent write through your choices: the skill needs 2.30.0 (it picks choices by writes).
• Capture → Write position → Bottom of file: the "no blank line unless the format has one" rule is new; before 2.30.0 a format ending in \n left a blank line before each entry.
• Packages → Import a package: Import is offered only for new choices since 2.30.0 (before, it replaced an existing choice), and choices=import refuses existing choices since 2.30.0.
• User scripts: a step pointing at a non-.js file, or at a moved script, stops the macro since 2.30.0.

Verified: pnpm run build in docs/ (53 pages) and python3 scripts/check-links.py (0 problems).

Release impact: docs only. Merge together with the 2.30.0 release (#1904), since the notes go live on merge.

• Notes that writes metadata and the eachLine field require 2.30.0, including the agent-skill behavior in CLI.md
• Documents in Packages.md that Import and choices=import now only apply to choices absent from the vault; earlier versions imported and replaced existing choices
• Clarifies in CaptureChoice.md that before 2.30.0, a format ending in \n also left a blank line before each new entry
• States in UserScripts.md that invalid script extensions and missing scripts now stop the macro at that step; earlier versions showed two errors and continued
