[BUG] Multi-select dialog positioning

When using a multi-select the position of the dialog is towards the top of the viewport, rather than vertically centered for VALUE prompts.

Thanks for the report and the screenshots!

This is Obsidian's default rather than something QuickAdd does on its own. Obsidian opens every picker near the top of the window (the command palette and quick switcher work the same way), and it centers regular dialogs like the text prompt for {{VALUE}}. QuickAdd's pickers follow that default, which is why the two end up in different places.

Starting with the next release, QuickAdd's pickers have their own CSS classes, so you can move them with a snippet without affecting the command palette or other plugins. To center them like the text prompts:

body:not(.is-mobile) .prompt:is(.qa-choice-suggester, .qa-suggester) {
	top: auto;
}

Save that as a .css file in your vault's .obsidian/snippets folder, then turn it on under Settings → Appearance → CSS snippets. One thing to know: a centered picker re-centers as you type, so the search box moves a little when the list gets shorter.

Hey @Nepherim! The picker classes are out now in QuickAdd 2.28.0. After you update, this snippet centers QuickAdd's pickers and leaves the command palette where it is:

body:not(.is-mobile) .prompt:is(.qa-choice-suggester, .qa-suggester) {
	top: auto;
}

Save it as a .css file in .obsidian/snippets, then turn it on under Settings → Appearance → CSS snippets. Let me know if it looks right on your setup!
