Volume control

Duplicate of #54.

The volume control requested here already shipped in PR #133 (merged 2025-11-23), which closed the duplicate request #54. The current player on master has:

• A volume slider in EpisodePlayer.svelte bound to the audio element.
• Persistence via settings.defaultVolume — loaded on startup (main.ts) and saved on change through the volume store subscription.
• A public API volume getter/setter (src/API/API.ts), clamped to [0, 1].
• A "default volume" control in the settings tab.

Runtime verification (isolated worktree e2e vault podnotes-59-volume-control, current master bundle):

• Plugin loads cleanly; settings.defaultVolume defaults to 1; no console errors.
• Setting api.volume = 0.42 propagated to settings.defaultVolume and persisted to data.json on disk (0.42).
• After plugin:reload, both settings.defaultVolume and api.volume were still 0.42 — the chosen volume survives reloads.

Closing as a duplicate; the feature is implemented and working. If a mute toggle is wanted as a follow-up enhancement, that can be tracked separately.
