DT_TOOLCHAIN_DIR cannot be used to evaluate LIBRARY_SEARCH_PATHS, use TOOLCHAIN_DIR instead - Firebase

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open xcode
2. Click on build app
3. See error

Expected behavior
Success build

Additional context
After updating Mac OS 14 and Xcode 15, the project does not build
