Increases test setup timeouts in the Python GitHub Actions workflow from 3 to 5 minutes to reduce intermittent CI failures.
Changes:
- Raises the
Set up teststimeout in the fast-test job. - Raises the
Install toolstimeout in the lowest-dependencies job.
