ureq 2 APIs in transport.rs: replace AgentBuilder and the old timeout methods
with ureq 3 configuration APIs, and update error handling for StatusCode.
Configure status codes to return responses so the existing response-body parsing
for application error codes remains intact.

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟠 Major | 🏗️ Heavy lift
Migrate the ureq 2 call sites before upgrading the dependency.
When crates/bugsee/src/transport.rs is built against ureq 3, compilation fails. Lines 44–49 still use ureq::AgentBuilder and ureq 2 timeout methods; ureq 3 uses Agent::config_builder() and different timeout methods. (docs.rs)
Lines 99–119 still match ureq::Error::Status(code, resp). ureq 3 instead has Error::StatusCode(u16), which does not carry the response. A simple variant rename would also remove the response-body parsing used for application error codes. Configure status codes to return responses and preserve that parsing during the migration. (docs.rs)
