Launch-path recovery: collapse repeated identical crash-on-launch reports with a counter; precise dedup #43

Open

Description

@krassx

#33 bounds launch-path recovery and drops a recovered crash when a queued report has the identical, non-empty signature set (plus a queue cap for recovered crashes). Remaining gaps:

  • Repeats are dropped, not counted: attach a repeat-count attribute to the kept report.
  • The dedup is a signature-set heuristic and only applies in the launch pass; the worker pass is not deduplicated.
  • No test covers a full queue combined with a slow before_send and a present but unusable session directory.
  • Fork-child crash loops (a prefork worker that crashes right after fork) are only recovered asynchronously by a sibling; consider a small bounded pass in the fork-revive path.
