Adds a caller for the shared review workflow in bugsee/.github and removes the per-repo claude.yml @claude mention handler.

Opening this PR also triggers the first review run, so it doubles as a check that the setup works.

📝 Summary

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • New Features
    • Automated reviews run when a pull request is opened, updated, marked ready for review, reopened, or labeled.
  • Changes
    • Claude Code can no longer be triggered by mentioning @claude in issues or pull request comments and reviews. Automated reviews are now associated with pull request events rather than being triggered by those mentions.

The repository adds a GitHub Actions workflow for pull request events. It calls the reusable Claude review workflow with specified permissions and passes the Claude OAuth token secret. The existing workflow that ran Claude Code in response to @claude mentions and related issue or review events is removed.

Priority: ⬇️ Low

Change: Other

Comment @coderabbitai help to get the list of available commands.

The caller passes CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN explicitly instead of
`secrets: inherit`, and also listens for `labeled` so adding the
deep-review label starts an Opus review.
