Location: LICENSE:1 (conflicts with build.gradle.kts:343-348, compose-compiler-plugin/build.gradle.kts:324-329 and :362-367)
Problem: The published POM metadata still declares <license><name>Proprietary</name><url>https://bugsee.com/tos/</url></license> in all three POM blocks. This PR adds an MIT LICENSE but leaves them untouched.
Impact: The repo and its Maven Central artifacts (com.bugsee:bugsee-android-gradle-plugin and the compose compiler plugin) would then state two different licences. Consumers, SCA and licence-scanning tools, and Maven Central metadata read the POM, not the repo root file.
Scenario: The next release publishes a POM that says "Proprietary" while the source repo is MIT. Compliance scanners flag the artifact, or downstream users cannot tell which terms apply.
Fix: If MIT is intended for the published artifacts, change the three POM blocks to name.set("MIT License") and url.set("https://opensource.org/licenses/MIT"). If the artifacts are meant to stay under the ToS, say so explicitly, because the two will otherwise contradict each other. Check this with whoever owns the licensing decision. Maybe also add a licence line to README.md, which currently has none.

Fixed in 55b3e99: all three POM license blocks (plugin, and the compose compiler plugin's two) now declare MIT License / https://opensource.org/licenses/MIT, and the README has a License section. ./gradlew build -x test passes.
