- Comprobación al iniciar cada sesión web (.claude/hooks/session-start.sh): crea .venv, instala requirements.txt y hace que python/python3 lo usen. Evita el fallo de pypdf con los paquetes del sistema en la nube. - CLAUDE.md: qué existe hoy y qué no (no simular fases sin construir), trabajo en la nube (carpeta de datos temporal, Crossref, no subir cambios sin que se pida). - next-steps.md: etapa actual de revisión del diseño y preguntas pendientes. - Guías en español: cómo probarlo en la web paso a paso (ejemplos/LEEME.md), guía y glosario al día con el uso en la nube.
