My Agentic Dev Team

A myteams CLI + Claude Code skill for multi-agent code review, planning, research, and project building.

myteams is the single front door: a registry that standalone teams register into via the team subcommand. Each team is self-contained and works installed on its own; the CLI vends the command union of the installed, enabled teams (code review, planning, research, storytelling).

Quick Start

Install the engine, CLI, and bundled teams:

python3 install

Then invoke /myteams review from Claude Code (or myteams review from the terminal). myteams team list shows the installed teams. To install just the empty myteams core and add teams yourself, run python3 install --core-only, then myteams team install <path> per team.

Manage the registry with myteams team:

myteams team list # installed teams (name: blurb) + attribution + enabled/disabled
myteams team install ./teams/devteam # install a team (enabled)
myteams team describe devteam # show team blurb, description, and specialists
myteams team describe devteam security # show one specialist and its specialties
myteams team disable researchteam # drop a team's commands without uninstalling
myteams team uninstall projectteam # remove a team (confirms first)

LLM handling is global — all teams share one reviewer set, defaulting to claude only for now (codex is registered and usable but off by default while the system is being hardened). A fresh install assumes nothing and never prompts; inspect or change the default with:

myteams config --default-llms list # effective default (claude)
myteams config --default-llms set claude, codex # opt back into codex validation

Documentation

  • Architecture — single source of truth for system design, terminology, components, data flow, subcommands, and file map
  • Specialist Spec — formal specification for specialist definition files
  • Specialty-Team Spec — the per-specialty file format (Worker Focus / Verify)
