- Move metadata in Project.toml into an [rsmd] table to simplify location
- Provide example tests to allow other packages to automatically check crosswalk and code formatting
- Update license to MIT to make adoption of tests elsewhere simpler
Fix problem with failures when changes are made in Project.toml.
