We need to fix Splash screen. Currently it's default provided by Android 13 API and above. But it does not show app logo, and not matched with the material 3 UI.
Solution:
Handle Splash separately, as it may contain future initial data handling. This should be in a different module which connects to Splash API, and also match UI theme of the app.
