additional groups #2

these groups allow specific privilege escalation for some things like

running virtual machines
managing internal (encrypted) disks

TODO

copy systemwide polkit rule to /etc/polkit-1/rules.d
allow another group than wheel/sudo to execute some things
add admin to that group if wanted
