Prepares 0.5.2: sets package.json, packages/mcp-relay/package.json and both server.json versions to 0.5.2 and renames the changelog's Unreleased heading.

Included since v0.5.1: the register hook drops a pending registration whose edit checkout was deleted (#123); the whole-session retirement guidance, including the owning-host confirmation (#96); the release check fails for a package with no listing row (#121, changelog entry added here). Only #123 changes runtime behavior.

Accuracy audit against this branch: the README register-hook section now says a retry for a deleted edit checkout is dropped; the README performance note says results are not remeasured for 0.5.2; docs/usage.md already carries the retirement wording from #96; the changelog states no performance numbers. bun run check passes, including the release-version check, and the full suite passes (1213 pass, 0 fail). The relay package has no code change since 0.5.1.

Not done here: tagging, GitHub release, npm and MCP registry publishing, Glama, and host adoption.
