Collapse the tagged release into one Windows job like Publish Dev, and push nupkgs via Get-ChildItem so PowerShell no longer treats nuget/*.nupkg as a literal path.
…ages Keep Chocolatey and demo nupkgs off GitHub Releases, skip packing apps and test projects, and stop GitVersion from overwriting the explicit development package version.
…adata Chocolatey Community validation requires LICENSE.txt and VERIFICATION.txt for embedded binaries; pack.ps1 fills those plus repo URLs and iconUrl at pack time.
Keep the flattened Chocolatey prerelease only for community-feed packages and document the split.
