Add Microsoft.Extensions.Logging provider for LogViewer

Ship an ILoggerProvider (and DI registration) that pushes MEL log entries into the LogViewer sink (ILogSource), so apps can bind the control via ILogger / DI.

Depends on: neutral ILogEntry model.
