Summary

  • Align CDNOTS+ with PCMCI+; adopt as run_cdnots_plus defaults #32 changed run_cdnots_plus's defaults (priority, legacy_mci_conds, orient_margin, alpha) and removed the broken sigkernel fast-path in SigKCIGPU, but merged without a CHANGELOG entry.
  • Adds that entry to [Unreleased], flagging the defaults change as behavior-changing for existing callers that don't pin these parameters explicitly, and documents how to reproduce the old behavior.

Test plan

  • codespell --config .github/linters/.codespellrc CHANGELOG.md clean
  • Docs-only change, no code/behavior affected

#32 changed run_cdnots_plus's defaults (priority, legacy_mci_conds,
orient_margin, alpha) and fixed a SigKCIGPU crash, but merged without a
changelog entry. This documents both, flagging the defaults change as
behavior-changing for callers that don't pin these parameters.
