Add Forma learning guides and type generics RFC - #109

Record the gaps found while writing the SICP-style and domain modeling guides: builtins that the evaluator and typechecker disagree about, Float-only arithmetic inference, local recursion, nullary functions, recursive generic aliases, name-based Effect routing, kernel match exhaustiveness, and four Effect checker gaps (constructor types, optional fields, named callbacks, refinement literals). Each has a reproduction, the current result, a proposed behavior, and a stage. Link the guides' workarounds, the Effect reference, and the roadmap to the RFC, and add it to the RFC sidebar. RFCs are design records for the repository, not site pages. Exclude docs/rfcs from the VitePress build, drop the RFC sidebar group, and point site links at the RFCs on GitHub. Add a SICP-style introduction to Forma covering functions, data abstraction, state, streams, interpreters, macros, and typed forms.
Add a domain-modeling guide that builds a wholesale ordering workflow with typed errors, service requirements, generated Effect TypeScript, and documented current limits.
Propose RFC 0018 for type generics and callback-driven collection inference, separating existing behavior from proposed signature checks, and link the new material from navigation, the agent index, and the roadmap.
