Deinstallation of OctoBTT

There is no deinstallation script. As workaround I have to backup Octoprint, make a new install and restore from the backup file. a simple deinstallation script would be better.

At present, this operation interface has been completely separated from Octoprint background, so the installation and upgrade of OctoBTT will not affect the operation of Octoprint. I will add the development uninstall script into the R&D plan, and I will push the function of uninstall script in the future version.
