chore: pin merged Actor integration source pointers

Summary

• Pin the merged Bamboo Actor/SubAgent integration and Lotus Next Actor views together in Zenith with one two-gitlink update.
• This updates source pointers; remaining Bamboo #791 acceptance work stays tracked in [bamboo] feat: unify SubAgent as a distributed persistent Actor runtime Bamboo-agent#791.

Submodule Updates

• bamboo: 28b4f8473b308b26965c3afe3de92821f160a0fd → a9cd0fa3e38da800301e7b9173b48fddd2026db2 (merged feat: integrate cumulative Actor orchestration baseline (#791) Bamboo-agent#1471). Pins the cumulative Root/Child orchestration, durable admission and recovery, and canonical Actor stream producer accepted on dev.
• lotus-next: cdc226031079063b517fbf862037f7dac4aaad83 → cbe2ab077dcae0ecb2d5b33813bd51b24f8cbbdc (merged feat: integrate Actor stream views and durable replay (#195, #200) lotus-next#211). Pins the Child Actor views and durable replay behavior alongside the producer.

Validation

• Verified both updates are mode-160000 gitlinks, and the new SHAs are the exact merged source commits.
• git diff --cached --check passed for the two-pointer diff.
• Source validation: Bamboo #1471 required Test on the final merged candidate; Lotus Next [zenith] chore: bump lotus-next for Auto permission modes #211 passed npm run verify and npm run test:e2e:built.
• The Zenith Submodule Guard PR workflow will validate both pointers. No UI screenshots apply to this pointer-only PR.
