This extension is an installable module that customizes SENAITE LIMS by implementing Antibiotic Susceptibility Testing (AST) for Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) detection and surveillance, aimed for veterinary centers at Papua New Guinea.
The development of this SENAITE LIMS extension was funded through a country grant for Papua New Guinea from The Fleming Fund. The grant's implementation was led by the Burnet Institute, in collaboration with the Papua New Guinea Department of Health. As technical partners to the Burnet Institute, Beyond Essential Systems spearheaded the LIMS implementation, with the support of the Pacific Region Infectious Diseases Association (PRIDA) and Naralabs.
