Pull request overview
Enables running the existing “Run on all Beman libraries” workflow on pull requests when a PR is labeled (and re-run on subsequent pushes) with a dedicated label, while keeping the existing scheduled/manual/reusable triggers unchanged.
Changes:
- Adds a
pull_requesttrigger (onlabeledandsynchronize) to the workflow. - Gates the
parse-librariesjob so PR-triggered runs only proceed when the PR has therun-on-all-librarieslabel.
