Independent review — gpt-6-sol, low effort; exact head ef933bb against master 46d68ed.
Verdict: no blocking issue found. The 414px before/after captures show the greeting now centered over the dial with a much smaller gap. The 320px, 695px, and 1440px live captures and both shaping captures retain a clear hierarchy and visible controls. Moving the text into #dialWrap preserves the existing fade because the swap class moved with it; the SVG pointer mapping uses its screen transform, so shrinking the dial does not introduce an evident coordinate regression.
One small-screen tradeoff to keep in mind: at 320×480, the flexible SVG box measures 308×191px, so its square artwork renders at roughly 191px across. The title, dial, and bottom button still fit within the viewport in that focused check, but the dial becomes substantially smaller than in the supplied 320×568 capture. If 480px-tall devices are in scope, consider a separate compact-height treatment for dial usability. I did not find clipping in the supplied captures or that probe.
This review inspected the diff and relevant source plus the supplied captures. I did not run the unit or browser suites.
The greeting was left aligned and detached from the centered dial by a large, screen-dependent gap. Center the greeting and dial together in the flexible middle of the page, leaving weather centered at the top and the menu beside it. The dial can shrink on short screens without overflowing into the bottom controls.
Move the greeting's existing text transition to its new container and refresh the PWA cache version. Visually checked live and shaping views at 320×568, 414×896, 695×900, and 1440×1000; added the two screenshot-sized viewports to the existing browser layout checks. All 55 unit tests and 46 browser tests pass.
