Verdict: Approve. No verified actionable findings.
I inspected the dial marker geometry and layering, polar and close-event handling, accessible summary, responsive header, and the changed browser assertions. The provided phone and short winter day screenshots support the intended layout. I did not rerun the full suites; the reported 55 unit tests passed, and the parent is running the browser suite.
Sunrise and sunset now have symbols at their solar hours on the ring and readable time labels around its rim. They follow the noon/now orientation and 12/24-hour preference in both live and shaping modes. Closely spaced events keep their exact pins while their captions and symbols separate; polar day/night gets an explicit label instead of fictitious crossings. The dial's accessible summary includes the solar information.
Weather stays centered in the top row with Menu/Done aligned on its right; the heading spans the row below. Done becomes a labeled check button on phones, keeping long weather text clear of the controls. Includes the 2.2.2 offline-cache update.
Validation: CI passes 55 unit tests and 44 browser tests. Browser coverage checks solar positions and rotation, clock format, short winter days, polar conditions, and header alignment across phone/desktop widths. Visually checked small-phone shaping, standard phone, and night layouts. All new checks pass locally. An existing offline-weather check timed out in the full local run and passed when rerun alone; the full CI suite is green.
