Drops the 103 version packages and the current facade. What is left is one
protocol, 1.26.50 / 2192, with packets, the types they carry and their enums
each in one flat package and the root module assembling the pool.

This is a breaking change for every consumer and I think it needs a major version.
(We have a bad versioning for this project though 😄)
