README templating is dead; remove the unused .in leftovers.
The self-hosted bearcove-ubuntu-24.04 runners are down, leaving CI stuck queued. Switch GITHUB_LINUX_RUNNER to blacksmith-2vcpu-ubuntu-2404. Drop the heavy per-commit suite (build-ddc, integration, browser-tests) from build_ci_workflow so pushes/PRs run only summary checks (check-ci, clippy, check-macos, check-windows); tag-gated packaging/release is unchanged. Regenerated via cargo xtask ci-github/ci-forgejo.
Remove the GitHub/Forgejo workflow generator (xtask/src/ci.rs, the ci-github / ci-forgejo commands, the generated workflow schema, and the generator-specific tests) instead of just trimming its output. The full and private dodeca pipelines move to Buildkite/own infrastructure. - Hand-write .github/workflows/ci.yml: push/pull_request/merge_group on main; exactly two jobs (Check, Clippy) on blacksmith-2vcpu-ubuntu-2404. - Delete the generated .forgejo/workflows/ci.yml and the pre-commit hook's ci-github/ci-forgejo regeneration + staging. - Move installer generation into xtask/src/installer.rs and keep both installer commands (generate-installer install.sh, generate-ps1-installer install.ps1). Drop the now-unused camino, eyre, facet-yaml, fs-err, indexmap, structstruck deps and facet's indexmap feature from xtask. - Fix pre-existing clippy lints in libs/marq (while-let-on-iterator, unused-mut, type-complexity) so the required Clippy job is green.
