… green The signed pre-tag audit receipt for v5.0.0, from the keyless two-half handshake: the runner emitted the payload (canonical_bytes of the 9 signed fields), the Mac signed it with the PRIVATE half (the key never reached the runner), and the runner assembled + committed the receipt here. The signature verifies against the pinned public key (audit_artifacts/pre_tag_trusted_pubkeys.txt) over the exact payload bytes; `pre_tag_audit_gate.py --version 5.0.0 --strict` is GREEN (receipt-verified=True, tree bb1fbba3, trusted_keys=1). This unblocks the v5.0.0 tag. Binds: subject_tree_digest bb1fbba3 (HEAD tree minus audit_artifacts), version 5.0.0, gate source fa6a019b, and the pre-tag adversarial deep-gate (WITHSTANDS_DEEPGATE, exit 0). Owner-GO Phase C.
