• New rows: W06-167 (an offload cut short by its link still counts as the last attempt) and W07-016 (every launch runs the completed-sync chain with no sync behind it).
• Exit gate re-run on the same export: 50 → 50 migrations, 37 tables and about 6.96 M rows, identical.
